51 yr old female with abdominal wall and skin laxity, abdominal rectus muscle diastasis, lipodystrophy of flank and trunk and paucity of fat in the hips. 1. Abdominoplasty with 2. rectus diastasis repair 3. Liposuction to the abdomen, flanks and back 4. Fat transfer to bilateral hips 5. Liposuction and J plasma to bilateral arms.
